Limited Worship Service on May 24th at 11AM

Bay Springs Baptist Church will hold a limited worship service on May 24th at 11AM. This will be our first worship service since the beginning of lockdowns resulting from the recent coronavirus pandemic.

This will be an unusual service with the following restrictions. There will be no Sunday school, and the educational building will be locked. Everyone entering the sanctuary will need to wear a mask at all times. The sanctuary pews will be spaced apart, and all families will need to have 6′ between them to maintain social distancing recommendations. The service will include no congregational singing or collection of offerings, but there will be special music presentations and an opportunity to leave offerings in the back of the building.

An information sheet will be made available at the church entrance to all attendees regarding further precautions for services going forward. At this time there are no evening or Wednesday night services planned.

We appreciate everyone’s attentiveness to these restrictions and are thankful for your patience as we work toward getting as close to normal as safely possible. Continue to be in prayer for our church body, community, and country as this pandemic wears on, that we will persevere and progress, and that God will be glorified in everything we do.
